Training

Item is a learning organization. In December of each year, Item undergoes a comprehensive planning exercise, to establish goals and objectives for the coming year, and to update job descriptions for its employees. Each employee has a job description, which details the training requirements that employee needs for the upcoming year. All these training requirements are rolled up into a company-wide training plan.
